| Make it Yourself: Fine Motor
Color by Number/Letter/Symbol: Choose a picture from a coloring book (or print out one of these) that is motivating to your child. Stamp numbers/lettters/symbol rubber stamps in each section of the picture. Then, make a corresponding key that shows which color to fill in for each number/letter/symbol. For example, stamp the numbers 1-4 in each section of a simple picture, and then make a corresponding table: 1= red, 2=blue, 3=green, 4=purple. Depending on the level of the child, you can either write the word for the color in the table, or make a square showing the color.
