Pamela's Products have a place of honor in my kitchen. This Gluten Free Bread Mix is one of my favorite products. The bread is delicious and for people who are not concerned about eliminating gluten from their regimen, they will be none the wiser that this is a gluten free product.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Not only does it have a good price, but "Pamela" also puts a variety of receipes on the bag. I have tried a number of gluten free bread mix products, and this has been the best!!!

I've tried many GF bread mixes and ready-to-eat brands and this mix is the best. It's also very versatile and forgiving...I've made it without eggs in the bread machine, even though the pkg cautions not to, and it was just delicious. My grandson asked, "Are you sure this is gluten free?" For a dairy free, soy free, gluten free diet, it's the best, no doubt.
