 Okay but didn't last February 2, 2010

My three year old got this from Santa this past Christmas. She loved it but it now has two holes in it. I'm currently trying to patch them up but I have a feeling it's going to go in the trash soon:(
 Extremely poor quality and workmanship January 22, 2010

We purchased this bouncer for our boys for Christmas. The 3 year old was so excited he could hardly contain himself. We inflated it according to instructions on Tuesday. By the following Monday it was flat. Our 3 year old is only 31 pounds and his brother, 15 months, is only 20 pounds. No other children were in the bouncy. They did not wear shoes or bring any toys in the bouncer. We refilled it and tried to patch the hole. The hole is on a seam so my engineer husband believes it is poor workmanship that caused the hole not an external factor. I have tried contacting Intex twice over a 2 week period but have not received a reply despite their website promising a reply within 2 business days. I did not expect this toy to last for years, but I did expect it to last for more than one week.
