4 out of 5 stars My Girls Love It!!! Great Investment!!!   July 14, 2010
C. James (DMV)
I purchased this as a birthday gift for my youngest daughter whom is 2 years old, however my older daughters (4 & 5), also enjoyed this VERY VERY much!!!! You CAN'T go wrong with buying this. It is great for interactive play and great exercise. My girls get so upset when it's time to stop playing (jumping). They are in it almost every day! I say this is a good product for ages 2-6 (maybe 7 depending on the child's weight etc;). HINT; get an electric pump to inflate it, I had to get one and it took about a total of 15 minutes for the entire thing to inflate, do not try to blow it up by mouth or use a hand pump as it will take FOREVER!!! I highly recommend this product, no complaints and no problems!!!! (I only gave 4 stars because the jumping room is only comfortable enough for a max of 3 kids).

5 out of 5 stars GREAT TOY!!!!!!   June 12, 2010

I have a 21 month old little boy, hes had this thing for a little over a week now and still loves it(unbelievable)!!! We aired it up the first day we got it. Its still inflated :) I was actually worried about something like this becuase of durability. But, now that I have seen how much my baby boy loves this I think we would get him another one even if this one doesnt last long. We have a big olde english bull dog who has plowed into it a few times and its still okay (thank goodness) haha. Its very colorful and also deep enough for balls. We got a pack of one hundred and they dont cover the bottom. This thing is pretty big so i think we are gonna get another pack. Overall, This is so much fun!!!! Especially for the price!!! What a great toy! Im so glad we purchased this product!!!!

5 out of 5 stars Love It!   June 1, 2010

I ordered this for my sons FIRST birthday present after reading the reviews here. It was a instant success, he loves it! I bought 100 ball pit balls and thats the perfect amount for his age. He loves jumping in it and throwing the balls around. It was fairly easy to set up and is pretty big. Im going to get a lot of use out of this toy!!!

4 out of 5 stars fun toy   May 28, 2010

14 month old grandson is enjoying his ballpit-it's transparency is the best, it's high so he can't climb over it. although he's not bouncing yet...he enjoys throwing the balls around and enters and exits all by himself. a helpful hint-my daughter placed a yoga pillow at the entrance for a softer exit landing, until he's older. works great.

3 out of 5 stars Fun - but leaks AND stinks!   May 24, 2010
Allie (Oakland, CA USA)
I really love this - we use it as a "ball pit" for my 19 month old and she has fun crawling in it and rolling around. HOWEVER - I had been hesitant to buy it based on some reviews about leaks. Low and behold, one of the three sections that gets filled separately with air has some kind of a slow leak - the inflatable sides gradually (over a 24 hour period) visibly deflate, meaning that I will need to keep refilling it on a regular basis. The other two sections seem fine (so far). It's too large and unwieldy to deflate, pack up and ship back, esp since there is no guarantee that the next one won't be the same or worse. Very disappointing.

The other thing people need to know is that there is a VERY strong plastic chemical smell - almost knocked me over when I first took it out of the box. I put it outside overnight to air it out but about 4 days later the entire room still reeks of chemicals. We keep the sliding door open to help it air out but it's taking a long time, leaving me to wonder just how harmful it may be that we continue to inhale it.

Overall, I really love the look and shape of this item - very high walls and the opening even keeps all the balls in. However, the leak and the smell take my rating of it way down. You'd think that the company, having been made aware of leaks from other customers, would have made the seams better or used a thicker plastic. Even if that increased the cost, it would have been worth it.
