Every child should have this book! I bought this for my 4 year old son who was showing aggressive behavior due to frustration. He responded right away to the relaxation techniques and has been able to calm himself various situations with his breathing. I've told all my friends and family with kids to buy this book.

"The Octopus isnt mad or angry pufferfish facey anymore & I'm not either" says my 5 year old daughter Spencer Aine. After a troubling divorce this book has REALLY helped her understand how to handle her feelings & temper. We highly HUGELY reccomend it. Last week Preschool teacher noticed her doing what the Mer~girl taught the Angry Octopus. Within minutes Spencer Aine was calm, cool, collected & playing with her friends again. The book is well written, captures the childrens attention with its colorful artwork & setting under the sea. I am forever thankful for this book, and the other books & disks we have gotten from Lori Lite. Angry Octopus: A Relaxation Story
